Let’s Talk Holidaze! (Recipe Included!)

Welcome friends!

With the holidays approaching fast I'm sure everyone is going to start making plans with friends or family, and start getting together to enjoy this time of year.  There can be a lot of great memories made during the holidays,  but it's not the delicious food or the football games for me. My favorite part about the holidays is sneaking out with some family and friends and taking a “Social” break. For us, walking to the nearby woods, we would circle up, you catch the fresh smell of nature's green as the joint is sparked, then the laughter echoes through the woods as everyone recaps how the year has treated them.

It is a fact that marijuana can enhance social gatherings and help form deeper bonds among people. “Components of marijuana known as cannabinoids interact with the same parts of the brain that oxytocin does, meaning that using cannabis can improve interpersonal bonding.” (excerpt from www.attn.com) So light up, take a breath and laugh a little bit, and enjoy the time we have with one another.

The other side of the holidays can be quite difficult for people. I, as well as hundreds of others, may find that social settings can be a struggle. Thankfully it is ok, we have the power of cannabis. Marijuana can reduce anxiety and help calm your nerves.  “Marijuana can be used as an effective treatment option for anxiety sufferers. Numerous studies have demonstrated that cannabinoids such as THC and CBD reduce anxiety” ( www.attn.com)

If you enjoy social settings or just need to step away from all the family craziness,  remember cannabis can help.  So if your anxiety is going or you and your friends just want to laugh together, spark up, keep laughing and build those memories. If you don't like smoking there is a way around that, you can always enjoy a good edible. Check out the recipe below!
